A final meeting will be scheduled to review a full set of documents. We will walk the client through the entire set of documents answering any questions along the way.
Along with any Patrick Berrios design, structural integrity and diligent execution of the building process are imperative. All Patrick Berrios Designs, Inc. plans will require a quality structural engineer to design and seal the foundation and framing plans. This is a great investment that will insure the structure will be built according to local building codes.
