At Patrick Berrios Designs, Inc., the process of creating a clients' design will begin with an initial meeting between the client and Mr. Berrios to discuss all of the aspects of the design. The client should bring a lot survey of the proposed property along with any pictures or ideas they may want to discuss and incorporate into the design.
After the initial meeting, a preliminary design will be presented inclusive of the floorplans and front elevation. Another meeting will be scheduled to present the preliminary design to the client while answering and adressing any further comments or ideas. |
